I recently had a phenomenal experience. I've been wearing some wonky glasses for several years and haven't had an eye exam in close to a decade. It's just something I've been ignoring, but this amazing experience tells me this moment was waiting for me!! I've missed wearing contact lenses so I started making calls at local eye clinics to see who can get me in the soonest. There were some failed attempts until I got a booking at this location only an hour from the time of the call. I'm a stay at home mom too, so I hesitantly took my kiddos with me. There was a lot of foot traffic but the staff managed it so well and with a warm welcome and smiles, even my kids were made to feel like they belonged there. It was a quick exam and pricing is very competitive! But what most stuck with me is how Ms LaQuetta made sure I had the rebate info even after I came to pick up my lens order. It's a fantastic deal that I managed to get because of her mindfulness. I'm so grateful I didn't end up doing something that felt easier in hindsight like Walmart or Sam's Club. Patient Assistant POV: Every interaction was informative & satisfactory. From Intake to frame selection each staff member offered all the help we needed. Sadly I thought frame selection was like buying shoes and the accurate sizes were available in the back LOL. Not so, but now I'm fully informed & can select proper frames like a pro, thank you J! LaQuetta and Jolita are angels that seriously work for you to get the correct eye treatment. Very accommodating and have service that's so respectful when they are given that mutual courtesy they deserve. Notably, Jolita, who's work ethic is about getting the right glasses that suit you and improve your vision. Her character during customer service is brilliant, and she has charm that brings you to meet her in the middle for a deal that you'll be satisfied with. My questions about the modifications and specifications that could be made were answered confidently. We spent maybe half an hour on a montage trying to decide the right fit for me. She was honest with me and detail oriented during our selection. Bouncing ideas back and forth until we found a compromise. Would recommend their help to anyone... also, would repeat the first day I stepped into this store.

Genuinely the kindest, most helpful team. Jolita took her time to help us get the best deals. She was thorough and thoughtful and realistic with budget. Absolutely made me and my friends day!

Stanton Eye is awesome! The staff is super friendly and really take the time to make you feel cared for. The doctor was great and very thorough, and they have a huge selection of frames to choose from at really good prices. I was impressed with the overall service and how much attention they give to every detail. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. 10out 10 Highly recommend! These ladies are AMAZING.

We went for an eye exam this afternoon and ended up getting new glasses for hubby, and two new pairs of glasses for myself! Not only were the employees eager to answer any questions we had but were knowledgeable, caring, & polite. The selection is great and prices are reasonable even without insurance!! Ms. Michelle, Ms. Quetta, and Ms.Jolita are so sweet, caring, and their smiles are contagious. Definitely ask for one of them on your next visit. We recommend 10 out of 10. We will return!
