The two women I met yesterday at this location saved my trip. I had an accident with my glass frames from a toddler meltdown on our trip down and I didn't think I would be able to get my glasses fixed and see on a cruise we were departing for today. They were able to resolve the issue immediately and were so kind and understanding. I will now be able to enjoy our family cruise trip to the fullest because I can see. I was not rushed or pressured into any particular frame or lens option. I was allowed to pick out a few frames & Karen showed me others that were similar and had the sizes I needed. Also different color options of the same frame to pick from & which 1 looked better on me with my skin & hair colors. The whole thing didn't take too long. Now just to wait & hope everything comes back & hope I see better . If all goes good, I will return in the future for further needs.
