America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This was my very first time at America's Best and I must say my visit was phenomenal. I was greeted when I walked in the lady that check me in was so very nice. Dr. Patel was amazing and Isiah was very nice as well. I don't know what the young lady name was that looked at my eyes before I saw the Doctor but she was amazing as well.. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks America's Best for everything!!

I have been a client of America's best for about 2 1/2 years now. So far I've had a really great experience with all of the staff. I have had a few issues with the glasses. Anytime I have, they either repair them on site or they've replaced them. I know most of the staff by name and they're very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently interacted with Ashaunti, she was very helpful, kind and professional and she resolved my issue quickly!

Pamela was wonderful! Her beautiful customer service skills represented your business very well and she was a blessing to me this morning! I am blessed that the Lord placed her in my path this morning as she brought a beautiful smile to my face. Thank You!

11-22-2025 11:30 ish. When I walked in I got a cursory "hello" from the desk. No one looked up or asked if they could help. I went to the Pair display and chose my frames then returned to the desk. I filled out the HIPPA form and they pointed to where I needed to go. Pleasant enough but not really friendly. When I got to the table to go over the options there eas what looked like beard hair on the table. Gross. She never noticed the hair, the frames, or my insurance card. I felt like an intrusion on her day. She never made eye contact, called me by name, or smiled. She got huffy when I asked about toppers and went to ask if they were included. They are not included when using insurance. Big sigh from her and before she could say she could add them I went ahead and said I would order from Pair directly. I would have had better customer service on line. I am really not looking forward to coming back to pick up my glasses. I am a very friendly and usually tolerant person, but this was so awful I am writing my review in the parking lot. Looks like TJ Maxx is going to benefit from this young woman being awful. Retail therapy here I come.

America's Best always gets me in fast and out fast and always with the deals. Eye exam, glasses, and 6 months worth of contacts for under $100! Thanks to my girl Ashaunti and the other sweet ladies up front. Thank you again!

Went today to take my best friend to an appointment that was previously scheduled for 1:50 PM on 10/11. We arrived at 1:40. Not even a minute later, we received a text message that says the appointment was canceled and was told due to them being "backed up" they had to cancel. I understand things happen but letting someone know nine minutes before their scheduled appointment really grinds my gears. I am highly upset but will be looking for another optometrist for my friend. Thanks, America's "Best."

America's best is the only eye glass place I go to in savannah ga the people are really nice and helpful I prefer to work with Ms. Constance, or Ms. Jennifer at the front of the house. When you schedule your appointment with the eye doctor I prefer Dr. Simmons. Dr Simmons is very nice and patient and doesn't mind taking his time with you to get your prescription correct. He is also very qualified at his job, and is must see for contacts and eye glasses. Dr. Simmons is really consistent and doesn't try to rush you out the door. If their is a wait to see him it is well worth the wait.

Jessica did an amazing job! She helped me pick the glasses that would best frame my face and was so kind the entire visit!
