Boland Eye Center, PC

Dr Boland is a good ophthalmologist but when I called because I was having issues with light flashes that suggest a retinal detachment I was told that I could not be seen for three months. I will be finding another ophthalmologist in a larger practice that can be responsive to my needs. I was able to be seen by an ophthalmologist in Georgia Eye same day.

As a patient, I can honestly say that I receive the best care and treatment for my eyes at Boland Eye Center. The doctor and staff are thorough with examinations and explaining conditions of the eye as well as the best care and treatment options available.

I have suffered from chronic dry eye problems for years and have tried many many solutions from very well known institutions and eye doctors. Visiting with Dr. Boland yesterday I was received by a compassionate and professional staff that did my initial testing and even adjusted my eyeglasses for me. Dr. Bolin then did additional testing and lots of questions concerning my problems and length of time they have been going on. He offered an affordable solution for me since cost is a definite concern for someone these days. I am looking greatly forward to seeing the progress on the new products that he has started me on! Special shout out to David Brown, the optician who examined my mother prior to seeing Dr. Boland. David was extremely polite and patient with my mother, who has dementia. He spoke to her calmly, respectfully and clearly. He is a pro. We also liked Dr. Boland, and the rest of the staff!

The entire process was very professional. Throughout the entire exam David? was patient and and did not try to rush through it (to get it completed). In comparing this experience with others, I left feeling that my sister had received a thorough exam and am confident in the eyewear prescription.

Dr Boland and his staff are fantastic! I have been to a LOT of eye doctors since I have worn glasses or contacts since the 4th grade and this practice is one of the best I have encountered. My exam was very thorough, affordable and efficient. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend!!

Never will I return here due to the nasty mean rude employee Sharon , Double cataract surgery lots of appointments over the years, great doctor, but it stops there, cannot justify doing business with her, if the Drs only knew how many customers she runs off he would make a change ,

Let me just say, The Boland Eye Center treats you like family. I've become very fond of the entire staff. The Center has gone far beyond expected in making me feel comfortable and at ease with all my eye care, I couldn't be more happy. They've made every accommodation for me, to include dropping medicines off at my home. Now please tell me when in recent time has that happened???? The office is well put together, clean, pleasantly quiet and reserved. The most noise heard in the office is from the patients, to which, I greatly appreciate. I never feel rushed or hurried. I've not left feeling as though I wasn't well informed. I have and I will continue to recommend Boland Eye Center to family and friends, alike.
