I cannot recommend Miss Dee highly enough. After facing a situation with my son's glasses, Miss Dee stepped in and went completely above and beyond for us. Even though our issue was a result of our own circumstances, she was incredibly flexible with her schedule to ensure we had what we needed within a very tight timeframe. What truly sets her apart is her initiative; she identified and applied service benefits we didn't even know we had. She is a total lifesaver who clearly values her customers and we are so grateful for her help!

Exceptional Care and Patience at Children's Eye Institute, Savannah We've had an absolutely excellent experience with the Children's Eye Institute in Savannah, specifically with Dr. Bennett and Ms. Dee. My daughter, Valentina, was just two years old for her initial appointments with Dr. Bennett. I was so impressed by their patience and attentiveness, even with a loud toddler! The team handled her visits with kindness and professionalism, making what could have been a difficult experience very smooth. A huge shout-out is due to Ms. Dee, who went above and beyond to ensure Valentina got the perfect pair of glasses. She was incredibly patient during the selection process and showed true dedication, even coming in on her day off just to assist us. This level of commitment is truly rare and made a significant difference for our family. We highly recommend the Children's Eye Institute. The overall care is outstanding, and the personalized effort from Ms. Dee deserves five stars!

Our visit for my son's eye appointment was truly A+ from start to finish. The facility is nice, and even with a busy waiting room, there was plenty of seating, and the process was incredibly efficient. We experienced efficient wait times thanks to the helpful, attentive staff. My kids have both been patients for several years. Today, special commendation goes to the optician who was fantastic, regretfully I did not catch her name! She was extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience of picking out my son's first pair of glasses seamless. I appreciate the convenience of having the ability to shop for the glasses right there in the facility. Not to mention the great selection provided just for kids! We highly recommend this practice--a thoroughly professional and pleasant visit.

I really liked That my child was cared for and treated Gently! Also they were very helpful and they made sure that me and my child both felt comfortable about getting her pair of glasses. It was not a problem with scheduling her appointments and also seeing her in a timely matter! I really liked going here for my daughter! If I had to choose one word to describe Children's Eye it would be stupendous! My wife usually takes our kids to the appointments and she always says they are nice, wonderful, and professional. I usually come in on the "paying" portion and I must say I have not had any issues on that end either! Ms. Dee does a terrific job explaining all the plans that they have, what could void the warranty, and she does her best to make price affordable. So yes, this location is absolutely stupendous. If you are looking for a children's eye doctor, I believe this would be the right spot for you!

Dee is absolutely amazing and so helpful!! She makes you feel so welcome when you come in for glasses. Very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. My daughter picked out her glasses and broke them within 2 months. I called Dee and went into the office the same day to get my daughters glasses fixed. Hands down the best customer service I have seen in a very long time!! Thanks so much for everything Dee!

We had a wonderful experience this morning for our daughter. Dee at the front desk helped us find some glasses for her. The whole team was just super sweet and worked amazing and fast with our little girl. Definitely recommend for your little ones :)

I was nervous for my daughter's first office visit because she is autistic, but the staff here are understanding and kind. Dee was very patient with my child, and it was a quick and easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend this place.
