Excellent service. My Doctors is so reassuring and patient. As the old saying goes, "He knows his stuff." Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Especially Nathalia. She is like a breath of fresh air every time I see her. So professional and at the same time she is a natural people person with an amazing personality. She is the best.

Dr Hipp has been exceptional in caring for my recently-diagnosed glaucoma. She performed laser trabeculotomy(sp?) after offering the options of "watch & wait", glaucoma eyedrops, & the laser procedure, explaining the "pros & cons" of each option. Her nursing assistant Gannette has also been excellent: courteous, kind, interested, helpful and respectful at every visit. Gannette has also helped the other nursing assistants with the procedures necessary for every visit. I recommend Dr Hipp's practice without hesitation.

My husband and I both see Dr. Christian, and Dr. Annalise. We are very well pleased with them and all they Do. Very thorough and explain everything in great detail, we never feel rushed and no question is left unanswered. We put our trust in each of them as they guide us through any and all procedures. Two wonderful doctors that we have a great relationship with. The Staff employees are very kind and courteous to us. We especially like Miss Jennifer too She has been very good to us, very knowledgeable in her job. Kind and Very thorough. All a wonderful office and wonderful group of people. We go to the Statesboro office. Thankful for two Fantastic doctors.

The staff at Dr Hipps office is fantastic! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The eye imaging staff is kind and knowledgeable. Genette made my eye pressure test so easy! I highly recommend this office for eye health!

Today I was checked in with Jena! She was very cooperative with getting my appointment best fit for me! She was very attentive and helpful. Jena came off as a sweet young lady and Id love to continue seeing her in your office! The nurses oftenly seem confused as if they are still in training, as well as computers are left UNLOCKED when patients are in the room alone. This need to be addressed!!!!! Thank you Eye consultants of Sav and thank you JENA!!! Mrs. Ashley and Mrs. Amanda were very nice and professional. They engaged in my conversation and anwsered my questions to the TEE! They both were fast paced in their workplaces making sure I was seen in an appropriate timely manner.

Today l was seen by Ashley. I always enjoy having her getting me ready for Dr. kim. She is kind and caring too her patients. If you're having a bad day, her smile is very contagious. Sha is concerned about my my well being. She always says to me Mrs. Sutton take care of your self.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Doctor hipp was very knowledgeable. Will highly recommend. Also like to add Kiara was the tech and she was super amazing and went out ofher way to assist with getting all paperwork complete. And the testing lady Enfinity was very helpful quick and efficient. Also went out of her way to help jump my car off.

Dr Christian is absolutely the BEST!!! and all of his assistant's are super nice with the exception of one She wanted to make sure that if she couldn't get the results she wanted, she would blame the patient! It was never her technique or her directions- always making sure sure that the patient knew it was her fault! When asked about using some numbing drops she said they weren't allowed to do that although the next assistant I had was very willing to provide the drops- I think the one who refused must have been fairly new to the group. Other than that one assistant- I absolutely love the office of Dr. Christian and the people that work there!!!!
