Eyeglass World

First time @ Eyeglass World. Amazing experience! Eye exam was easy and comfortable, great Doctor. Everyone there were so incredibly nice, hospitable, patient, smiles on their face, and caring. And, just like the sky above, one "star" seems to shine the brightest amongst the rest, and that was Renee. Can't begin to tell you how lovely she was. Beyond sweet, and had a smile that was contagious. Renee helped me pick out frames. Her patience was very noticeable. She took her time with me to ensure the frames I wanted were not only comfortable, but fit my face to the look that matched. Renee even went as far as to break me out of my comfort level to get another pair of frames that were a bit different than what I would usually wear. So glad she did. Love them! What an experience, I truly enjoyed everything about my visit. Thank you, Renee!

This is my favorite place to purchase Eyewear. The customer service is top- notch. My mother and I always receive compliments on our glasses. The staff are very professional and genuine. They want you to love your glasses.

Been coming here for a few years since we moved to the area. Our experience here has been generally pretty good. The place can be a little bit tricky to get in and out of because of traffic on Abercorn and how the place is positioned, but once you figure out you can pull in by Best Buy and drive along a little frontage area, it's not so bad. We've gotten multiple eye exams, here, and those are all gone great. We've ordered glasses a few times. The selection is really good as far as glasses go, the pricing is competitive. We've gotten glasses here for myself and three other family members. It does get a little busy once in a while, and if you're in a hurry, that makes it a little difficult. They also close early so if you are working and you try to get there after work, you might need to go on a weekend.

Gwen was very professional and thorough! She went through all my insurance coverage and got me the best deal on glasses. I really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend.

Eyeglass World was great to me. I got new lenses from LensDirect and they did not replace the nose pads. They also took two months to replace the lenses. I went to Eyeglass World to buy replacement pads. Tonya Wolfe, the General Manager, greeted me, listened to my problem and replaced my nose pads on the spot for free. Thanks Tonya! Next time I buy glasses, I'm going to Eyeglass World.
