I needed my eye glass prescription changed after three years. My experience with My Eye Doctor last time was poor to say the least. My wife recommended Iris; she has been using them for a number of years previously and since she was up for a renewal, we both went in. Kim was fabulous and quick to answer any and all questions. The selection was plentiful, the service superb, and the price FAR LESS that if we had gone to My Eye Doctor. Do yourself a favor and GO SEE THEM! You will be happy you did!

Everyone was AWESOME. I showed up late to my appointment but the doctor still saw me. Kim and Ashley were wonderful and extremely helpful. I was able to get my glasses the same day!!! I highly recommend Iris Optical! :)

I just gave them $90. I went in to have an exam for contacts. They came back like 3 or 4 days later. I was told that I would get Everyday trial wee ones for 5 days. The doctor became impatient with helping me put them in and taking them out. She was more concern about her"elite" customers who came in the door. I guarantee if I was waiting and she was fitting one of them I would have had to wait. Then when I got home there was only one contact in some solution, just the right eye contact that I found on the floor that I dropped while trying g them on. I used my phone to pull up a YouTube video to take them out. The next day I called and told them what happened. It's been a week and no one from that office ever called me to apologize, ask me to come back in or wave any fees. I had the worst experience ever. I now have to find another eye doctor and pay money all over again.

If I could give them even more than 5 stars I would! They are so good at what they do! My daughter has a very difficult prescription. They work so hard to keep the cost down, while providing THE BEST product! They are generous and kind. The best glasses store I have EVER been too!
