I am new to Savannah, Ga and had a little swelling in my right eye. I googled Island eye care and was so impressed with the reviews. I made an appt and saw Dr. Emma Beisel this morning. She was terrific and took her time to help me with my issue. Personable and professional from front desk to seeing Dr. Emma Beisel. I was so impressed that I will continue to go there for my eye exam and anything else needed. Now I know why they rec all their 5 star reviews. Outstanding customer service.

I had such a great experience here! I wasn't sure what to expect when I set up my appointment, but every step of the process went well. First, when Gertie set up my appointment she made me feel welcomed and like I was in good hands. When we came in with my baby son, everyone was delighted to see us and complimented my son. Dr. Beisel really took the time to ask about my eye condition and try to come up with a plan to monitor it. Next, friendly Larry helped me select my glasses. He carefully listened to my visual needs and aesthetic preferences and helped me by special ordering frames that were 100% covered under my insurance. They are much more flattering than my old frames and really complement my facial structure and eye color; they have completely transformed my face. Best of all, I can see much better! Larry helped me find lenses that are perfect for me and help me see with greater crispness and acuity. It felt like seeing the world again for the first time. I have never had such high quality eye care in my life. I feel comfortable recommending this office to anyone!

This practice went above and beyond! Visiting from out of town and forgot my contacts. They assisted me with getting my prescription from my eye doctor and providing me samples so that I can see for the weekend. Thank you so much!
