I moved here from PA in October 2021. I knew I needed surgery soon. I would have given a five easily because the staff was really nice, the doctor was good but busy. My appointment was at 3:15 and I didn't check out till after 5. They couldn't do the measurements on my eyes because of contacts I wear and they need these measurements for surgery. I have to keep them out for 2 weeks before. Maybe they could tell contact wearer's this. I have to go back again and had to first get glasses made.

Drove 55 miles up there this morning for 0845 appt. I was told by 4 ladies at the front desk told me that the doctor was sick n not in. They said they called. Me but had wrong phone # initially then a lady read off the right # . They didn't leave a msg. Just a brief msg like call Schulze Eye Center. No personal info phone call needed ! No follow up at all ! No follow up call ! Awful customer service. Hire competent staff !
