I had a great experience at Warby Parkers in Savannah. The ladies there were very attentive and made sure I was aware of all my options. They did not try to push products, which I appreciated. They provided great customer service working together to make sure my needs were met. The doctor was very knowledgeable and personable walking me through every step of the way. I highly recommend!

100% recommend when looking for new glasses. They had a wide variety of styles, fits, and colors so that every person shopping can leave feeling confident in their new accessory! Tanner was incredible and made the experience so fun allowing me to try on as many pairs as I wanted without feeling rushed & even grabbed a few pairs that surprised me in the best way.

I had a wonderful experience at this store! The eye exam was done efficiently but in a friendly manner; the doctor was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly. The staff in the front of the house were just as friendly and professional. I want to single out Amina (I hope I'm spelling her name right) in particular. She excelled at her work and knowledge of the products and was delighted to offer advice on frames. I had no hesitation in trusting her opinion on the frames I tried on. Definitely recommend!

This was my first visit to a brick-and-mortar Warby Parker after not having much success, a few years ago, trying the online. I was impressed with the shop's appearance, the young man who greeted me and took my initial information, and the two young women who helped me choose frames. I will definitely stick with them!!

I had such a great experience last night at the Broughton store. I was greeted by Aminah and Anthony who were friendly and helpful. They helped me try different frames and gave me such great feedback on which pair would work best for me, my face shape, and my coloring. They made trying on glasses so fun and I would recommend anyone get to work with them to find the pair that's best for them. It's clear how much they love their jobs and they made something that's normally a chore feel like a fun fashion show. Not only did I find a pair that works well with my face shape and coloring, I also left the store feeling confident as well. The eye exam itself was also professional and thorough. The doctor did a great job of keeping things lighthearted and communicating about each step of the process. As someone who has had eye exams all my life, sometimes you feel embarrassed about your vision or lack thereof. The doctor doing my exam made it feel like I was just chatting to a friend which helped ease any anxieties I had. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend this store to anyone

Great experience at the Savannah Warby Parker location. Aminah helped me and answered all of my questions. She was super knowledgeable and very professional. This was my first time at a WP store. I have previously always purchased their glasses online but after the great experience I had today I'll be shopping in store. Highly recommended!

Big fan of WP generally, and this location is exceptionally great. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. The eye doctor was thorough, explained things in a way I could understand, and was so friendly too. Keep it up -- I'll definitely be back for my next pair.

Just made my first Warby Parker purchase. They had an excellent (and abundant) selection of frames. The service was very professional and accommodating. Seems like a really good company.
