The optometrist at this locations is extremely rude and talks to people like they are uneducated or annoying her. Brought my mother here and my mom said she was the rudest optometrist that she's ever dealt with and talked down to her the entire exam. She was rude to me as well but I don't let people like her get to me because obviously she is miserable so wants to make everyone around her the same but I won't tolerate my mother being talked down to and disrespected. My mother or I will never be back to this location.

Dana has been the optician to help me for several years now. She always has a pleasant attitude and her honest feedback has been very helpful in choosing my eyewear.

The manager Cory is a great person to deal with, however the blonde woman in that center has to be the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in her position. Three occasions I have tried to deal with her and was furious before we even got started. Each time insinuating that I intentionally damaged my glasses and had attitude before we even had a chance to discuss the issues. I cannot see without my glasses, so why would I do that. I will never use Sam's optical again due to this.

Today, I stopped by the Sam's Optical to see if there might be frames I would be interested in. I was told that I would have to make an appointment to see frames. Even though NO ONE was there at the time, the lady would not let me look for even a couple of minutes. I WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND PURCHASED NEW GLASSES FROM COSTCO! Shame on this employee who would rather lose a customer than let her look while no one else was even there!
