10 Stars! Dr. Williamson and the staff are so friendly and professional. They even refer to me by my name which is always a nice feeling.
I am trying multifocal contacts for the 1st time and if something needs to be tweaked, I can get in same day or next day. Dr. Williamson has worked with me diligently throughout the process and keeps looking for the perfect solution for ME. He recognizes every patient is different. I am so impressed and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs optical services.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was supposed to be getting my contacts prescription emailed to me. I've called twice, and both times, I was told it was being sent. When I called, I made sure to verify that they had the correct email address. I've haven't received anything, and I've even checked my spam mail. Tomorrow, I will be calling for a 3rd time trying to get my prescription. Unfortunately, I can't physically go there to get my prescription because I'm currently out of the state with work. Costco really needs to reevaluate this company, which they're allowing to conduct business in their store!

He also noticed my eyes seemed dry and I told him I worked construction, dry often dusty conditions. Recommended I try eye drop and even demonstrated how to apply. It's been a huge help! Absolutely recommend!!!

Unable to reach anyone by phone. Left message requesting a call back and never got one. Their web site didn't list my insurance carrier so I requested a call in the notes when booking an appointment and also never got one. Finally left a voice message cancelling the appointment and never received a cancellation confirmation. Been using Costco vision centers for years and always been very happy with the service. This place has zero service so I'm heading back to the Cuberland location.
