I received a text on last Thursday 9/24 that my glasses are ready for pickup. I get to the store at 6:30pm 9/28 and I was told I can NOT pick up my glasses because he was not LICENSED. If there is no one LICENSED at all time especially in the evenings at closing, working people have NO chance at getting items that are paid for. At this point I will be without and they can have my glasses...I WORK to far to drive on my lunch break.... I will NEVER get nothing from Walmart again. If I was told this I NEVER would have ordered... I wonder how people order online and get items shipped...I guess someone is licensed in the building before they are mailed...

Service is terrible! I'm having an emergency vision situation and even though I am a current customer and PAID IN FULL for my exams they were NOT HELPFUL at all and told me she got busy doing inventory and forgot about me! A patient in crisis! Where your supposed to be an establishment to help with their vision they absolutely failed!

I will not be returning ! Very rude and unwelcoming! I came without a mask however I signed a form saying they would provide me with a "surgical mask if I don't have one" she said that's no longer exist and refused to see me but charged me $25 for a cancellation fee which I didn't cancel and arrived at my 12:15 appointment at 12:08. I don't understand why I'm being charged when it clearly says you will provide a mask NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT AND STILL CHARGE ME !!

Jerome is extremely rude and doesn't need to answer any phones to assist any customers of any kind. No matter who the insurance carrier may be. He's a bad look for Walmart and the interaction I had today was disgusting. I plan to find another provider immediately.

When you come in no one speaks. They tell you to go in a room and pick out frames, but you ask for contacts. The doctor explains to you as if you should know what is going on. Little does she know that her staff did not ask if I had any questions or concerns about anything so far. If they would have explained that even though you are requesting for glass your insurance does not cover it. You have to pay additional cost. By time I asked her about the lenses, the doctor looks at me as if I should have known that. By the way doctor you do this every day. This was the second visit to an eye physician . You won't have to worry about my family coming back to your office. Rule of thumb treat all your customers as if you are educating about their eye health and ask if they have any questions after each process. Not all of your customers have been wearing glasses their whole life or know your office policy. FYI

The lady at the front desk is very very rude I have been coming here for years and she was very rude this was my last visit at this location I will not spend my hard working money at this location ever again!!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! The reviews about them being rude was definitely accurate!

Very unprofessional. I scheduled appointments for my children and they waited til I walked in to tell me they cancelled them.
Went in to pick up my childrens classes. They chabged the frames with out any notification. Then proceeded to sct like it was my fault. Rude and very inconsiderate.
