I had a great experience at LensCrafters. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team, Destiny and Joslin, were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. The doctor was also kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for excellent service and a friendly, professional atmosphere.

I searched google and find this location. I found they have good reviews and I needed a glasses so I thought let's give it a try. it turns out that they live up to their five star reviews. People work there are nice and very helpful. I went the first time to fix the legs of my glasses. and I went the second time to order a new pair of glasses, and i went the third time to change my old glasses to a new frame. each time i get really good services, some are at no charge ( not the new pair of glasses, haha). When i went to get my old glasses to fix to a new frame, i really got an excellent help from Xavier. I could see that the task was a tough one; the frame was tight, from both remove the lenses already on and fit the new lenses into it. It took Xavier quite some time and lots of efforts to get the thing done. I was more than appreciated to the time and efforts Xavier and other staff put in to help me out. I will definitely go back whenever i have another need for my glasses. I very much recommend this store to anyone that need the kind of help i needed.

Went in for an Eye Exam had to wait a little so I was able to shop around and see what I liked when Brenda came up to me and offered to help me choose my glasses. She helped me pick out some sun glasses and regular glasses and once I went to get my eyes examined she has everything laid out for me ready to go to make the process faster and easier. She also did show me some options for safety glasses which I will definitely come back and see Brenda for. 10/10 would recommend her for all glasses needs. She deserves a raise for the professionalism she provided.

Kayla was friendly and super helpful! I visited the store to see if they could fix a pair of Rayban's I sat on. She was able to fix them perfectly, it was clear that she had a lot of experience and knew what she was doing. I'm very thankful that I came across Kayla today:)

Kayla helped me replace my nose pads on my glasses in no time, even though the store was busy. She also wiped my glasses without my even asking. Great customer service and attention to detail. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I would give 0/0 if I could. My husband used them for his new glasses all seemed fine until it wasn't. Apparently when you order online from them, they only place a "pre-authorization" fee and don't actually charge you for the glasses at that time. They wait until it "ships" supposedly but we got charged 2 days after the order had shipped. Also, they promised a delivery date of 1/14 and they have still to arrive on 1/20. they did not send any updates or information and when my husband called for the update they couldn't give him any updates outside of "it takes 20 business days" for glasses to ship even though that was the first we had been told that and again had been promised a delivery date of 2 weeks after placing the order. As someone who is very strict about budgeting, this threw a whole wrench in my account and budget. This company is insane for doing this and anyone supporting this company is supporting terrible business behavior. I recommend boycotting them until they fix it and actually charge you when you place the order and actually follow through on delivery dates. Stop letting these companies.mess with us the consumers like this!! We need to stop allowing this behavior. We will no longer be using LensCrafters anymore.

Xavier did an excellent job helping me and my husband with getting glasses. Our glasses fit better than any glasses we have ever had. It was very easy to pick what we wanted. I think Xavier does such a great job helping deserves a raise. Thank you so much Roy and Peggy
