Eye lid surgery may not be Dr Driscoll's best procedure. I wish my left eye felt as good as my right eye. I will have to live with it. Front office can be problematic in scheduling since you are not warned that your primary may not immediately sign a release without appointment. Good luck

I am ecstatic with all the wonderful staff at the clinic. They were kind, funny and addressed every question efficiently and with great knowledge. I haven' been able to get a decent prescription in 10 years. Already, 4 days later I can see! Still need glasses for astigmatisms. I was referred to Dr. Driscoll and he and Dr. Souza are very kind. I highly highly recommend them.

I went in far-sighted with good distance vision and cataracts. I opted for the premium trifocal lens with the promise of perfect vision. I came out with 20/60 vision. I couldn't see more than a few feet away. They gave me the wrong prescription and refused to take responsibility. I was treated like it was my problem. I was told to "wait for my brain to adjust" by Dr Souza. I wasn't allowed to see or speak with Dr Driscoll (who operated on my eye), because "that wasn't his job" and only Dr Souza (the optician) sees patients after surgery. He finally saw me because I was seeing flashes, but he refused to acknowledge my poor eyesight. It was a horrible experience from beginning (their laser machine broke right before surgery, and I was rushed out) to end (no refund, no apologies, rude staff and doctors) and I ultimately had to travel to Oahu to have it fixed by a better doctor who gave me immediate, perfect vision!

IF you can get in the care is excellent. Terrible front office. I was experiencing terrble pain and wad told could not be seen for several weeks. wad told O would be put at top pf list to be called when a cancellation came up, still waiting more than a month later and pain continues. Wonder if Hilo ER can help

Fantastic ! Love Dr Souza and Dr. Driscoll. Surgery experience was smooth, professional, caring. Results are amazing. Luckily, our active volcano and ten years of vog ended about the same time. The combination of no vog and new "telescope eyes" is absolutely incredible ! Big Mahalo to all involved.

Driscoll is highly skilled Doctor and I trust him after multiple visits over many years!!

The wait was long but the service was very good. I am very satisfied with the surgery and feel it was well worth the cost. I'm gladDr Souza agreed to continue to see me.

I FOUND DR. DRICOLL TO BE AN EXCELLENT OPHTHALMOLOGIST. HE DID MY CATARACT SURGERY AND IN THE MAIN, I HAVE HAD LITTLE OR NO PROBLEMS. MANY OF THE STAFF, HOWEVER, ARE SLOVENLY AND HAVE A HOSTILE, ABRUPT, AND NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. DON'T DARE TALK BACK TO THEM OR YOU ARE OUT!
