Dr. Tom really cares & I can't count how many times they've helped me fix my glasses, order contacts right before I left on travel, and even repaired a nose piece on my sunglasses when it broke! Came in looking for Maui Jim eyeglasses. Good selection! I asked for help selecting frames. However, when told them I didn't have insurance I was ignored and told they are not accepting new patients. I have not once in my entire life used insurance to pay for an eye exam, frames, or lenses! I guess cash isn't good enough any more?
