I've been going to windward vision for a few years now. They always provide outstanding customer service. The wait is never long when you make an appointment. They always greet you as soon as you walk in, which makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Tasaka always makes me feel comfortable and is able to answer all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend going here if you're looking for an eye Dr. Or fancy glasses!

Dr. Machida is an outstanding optometrist! I have been seeing him for after cataract surgery follow up over the past 4months as there were complications with my vision after surgery. From my first visit to my most recent, he has been consistently thorough, detailed driven, and genuinely compassionate. He takes time to show you your X-rays and explain in detail what we are looking at, what looks good and what needs to be watched and why. I see many specialists of all kinds and honestly have not experienced this level of thorough care and attention from anyone before. I have learned so much from Dr. Machida I feel like I took a course in opthalmology. His genuine kindness and thoughtfulness is so comforting and much appreciated. At each visit, I feel like I am engaging with an exceptionally intelligent, highly skilled, and most trusted friend. I am blessed to have been recommended to him by my brother.

Very convenient with appointments available Saturday n Sundays. Office ladies are always friendly & helpful. The doctors are thorough and answer all your questions with simple language. They're awesome, give them a call.

I love coming to our eye doctor. We always make an excursion to come in with my family. Thank you for the friendly staff and always welcoming whenever we come. We appreciate you guys for always making us look so good with our glasses and checking our eyes.

I made an appointment online which was very convenient. I didn't get a confirmation initially so I tried to book another appointment. The only slots available were weeks away. Called and left a message and someone called me back to confirm the initial booking. Service was prompt, friendly, and very professional. Instead of needing eyedrops, I opted to pay a little extra ($39) to have photos of the retina taken, which the doctor explained were easier for her to see and more comfortable for the patient as well! I wanted to get the same RayBan frame that I picked two years earlier; it was no longer available. I tried on at least two dozen frames before settling for one with a frameless bottom. I could not have asked for a more patient and helpful person! They still had my order from two years ago, which displayed my insurance coverage. I saved about $1000 by using a VSP provider. The location (Windward Mall) was ideal, with free covered parking behind the movie theaters, and shopping and refreshments under the same roof.

The staff that helped us did an outstanding job. Dr Jenne Brown was great. I will recommend my family and friends to go to Windward vision. Thank you for helping my family.

Ive been going here for over 10 years and i love how they treat their patients. They are kind, understanding and super helpful. I Saw Dr Brown for the first time yesterday and she was amazing. She treated me with respect and compassion and made me feel like family. Highly recommend WVC!!! Added bonus: its in the mall!

So glad I came here, assistant was helpful and thorough ,the Dr. took time to explain and show me my eye exam results, made sure vision was clear and sharp with my new prescription and gave me plenty of options for contacts. Tried on and gave me recommendations for the best level of reading glasses and advice for that new /old issue. Eye am happy :)
