From the friendly front desk staff, to the wonderful assistants, and to my incredible doctor, Dr. Shein, everyone treats you like family. I didn't have to wait very long after completing the paperwork. My initial exam assistant, I believe her name was Irene, was extremely nice and kept me informed about what she was testing for. It was quite a thorough process which she made easy,I felt very comfortable. I then met with the doctor who will be doing my cataract surgery, again I was well informed as to what to expect. All in all a very positive experience!
