Super friendly and courteous staff. I had my baby with me and they were super patient and kind. They got me in day of appt. I recommend Pacific Eye Center to anyone whos getting pushed back by other optometrists. All the equipment and facilities were super well maintained and sanitary. Mahalo PEC.

Dr. Safi and his staff are awesome! They were able to get my dad in same day when he had temporary loss of sight. They are so accommodating and prioritize their patients, providing quality care.

Had a piece of sand stuck under my upper eye lid while on vacation and Dr. Mark Bryant got it out within minutes! I was only there for about 30 minutes total (I expected an hour or longer as a walk in). He and ALL of the staff I interacted with were SO kind, professional, and patient with me. PLUS his office was open at 7:00 AM on a Monday morning!

I was in a pinch for contacts (forgot them on my trip to Kauai) and this place was so friendly and helpful. If I lived here, I would go here! They had the contacts I needed and I was able to get them easy-peasy. Thank you!

Took my mother for a routine eye appointment and glaucoma check. Her appointment was at 1:30pm. At 3:30pm she still hadn't seen a doctor and had spent over an hour sitting and waiting in 2 different areas The staff are all super friendly and warm, yet the patients were all very frustrated and irritated with the extreme length of waiting. Doctor was great, direct and informative..the wait was prohibitive however.

We are regulars with Dr Kashiwa and think he is wonderful. He is gentle, kind, and very caring.

I am a visitor and got a sliver of fiber embedded in my eye. Eye wash did not help. The office manager was very agreeable to fit me in that afternoon . Another ophthalmology practice said to go to the emergency room (which would have taken hours and cost $$$$ and been a bad use of the ER.) Dr. Craig Wilkerson of Pacific Eye Care was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The fiber was difficult to find but he quickly removed it. I was in and out, with the foreign body out of my eye, in an hour. Because of numerous eye conditions, I have been to many ophthalmologists. I highly recommended this practice. Two notes: 1) They are also listed as Eye Center of Kauai. 2) The Google directions aren't accurate. Look for the building.

I ended up with a cut on my cornea while on vacation in Kauai. They got me in within a couple of hours. The Dr was awesome and prescribed me antibiotics and a plan to get my eye healed. Would recommend!
