I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harsini and his entire team. I've trusted him with my regular eye care for a few years and have always received thoughtful, thorough, and kind treatment. Recently, I went through a more complicated corneal issue, and I was so grateful to already be established with this office.
Dr. Harsini was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. He carefully adjusted my treatment as things evolved and took the time to explain what was happening, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I always felt listened to and genuinely cared for.
The staff was phenomenal as well -- responsive, accommodating, and compassionate every step of the way.
I truly feel confident in the care I receive here and would highly recommend this office for both routine eye care and more complex concerns.

1st time getting an eye exam at Ada & can't say I'll ever go back. Tho office staff are soo friendly & nice, my eye prescription was wrong. Just 10 days after my exam, I got new glasses elsewhere. Prescription was verified as correct, but I just couldn't see well at all. They flat out refused to replace my lenses due to wrong prescription, after 3 different visits to their shop.
Never ever have I had hassles as such.
Save yourself ...plenty of options out there. Costco has excellent optometrists, professional & they 'get' good service & longterm customer relationships.

My appointment was great but the ten day wait for my new glasses is going on three weeks! I didn't need a new prescription I broke my frames. I had to get all new lenses and frames again. Come on, I would like to see again this is bull crap.

My wife and I went here for our annual eye exams. My wife had been here a few times before while working out her post-cataract surgery Rx for new glasses. The facility is clean and spacious, the counter people were friendly and courteous. The work was explained and the persons conducting the tests were friendly and appeared to genuinely care about us and would take the time to explain things. All in all it was a very positive experience that I would recommend to my friends and relatives.

This was my second visit with Dr. Harsini. He is very knowledgeable, capable, and a good communicator. I have been wearing one contact lens and using monovision to have good distance vision as well as being able to see close objects and read. Although my distance vision was good, I was having more difficulty reading. Dr. Harsini recommended switching which eye was corrected for distance. This was an amazingly simple and effective solution!

Ada Vision Center did not answer any of my calls from December 24-January2. I was unable to order contacts and use my vision benefit due to the lack of customer service. I left messages asking for a call back. I thought they closed down due to no response. I have been a loyal customer for years, but will not be going back. I lost hundreds of dollars in vision benefits. When I called on January 7th, they just told me they had been to busy to help everyone.
