Eyemart Express

I was given an appointment right away, had very thorough exam. Complete eye exam, also with fundus photography, visual fields and tonometry. Excellent visit. I had a special vintage sunglass frame that I wanted made into regular glasses with transitions lenses . Edith helped me choose a polycarb, anti-reflective specialty progressive transitions lens. I was concerned with how frames would be handled because they are irreplaceable from the 90's Serengeti 5294 style. The lab took a good look and said they'd give it a try. I was quoted 2 weeks. The lens fees and all options were neatly squared away with Edith utilizing all my insurance options so I only paid $100 out of pocket. Edith was a wonderful patient optician. I was thrilled to pick them up after a week! And they turned out perfect! I am so very happy! I will use Eye Pros and Eyemart in the future!

UPDATE: 3/5/2026 My lens started having stress cracks on the top corner, noticed this in February. I brought them in and was told "sorry you didn't purchase the scratch protection". They took it to management with no luck. There is absolutely no damage to my glasses other than normal wear. The lenses should not be cracking months after purchase. It is not a scratch, they are cracks. Instead of Eyemart helping me, I went to Costco and got new better lenses from them. You have lost my business. I have never seen any of my glasses crack like this over the years. Costco clearly said they were stress cracks and they would have replaced them. Most likely a defect with the manufacturing process or material. I guess you get what you pay for, they were even that cheap to be honest. They get you with free second pair, it's a cheap pair. -------------- 11/2025 First time I have used Eyemart, I have to say it was a seamless process. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to walk out the door with a new pair of Ray Bans in less than an hour. Definitely recommend them.

I've always loved coming to Eyemart! They are cost efficient and Dr. Robison is amazing! He found a lesion on my left eye and had no hesitation to take more scans, and make sure it wasn't anything to worry about! Edith helped with my frames, and she was so positive and informative! Best place to get your eyes done, and same day glasses!

I am very impressed with the customer service at the Boise Eyemart Express! I spoke with someone over the phone prior to coming in about possibly getting my prescription from a different location if I came in. Not only did she call the other store, but she had it printed out and waiting for me when I came in. Anjelica helped me with selecting my frames, and she even looked up the history of ones I have worn in the past so that she could help give recommendations. She was also knowledgeable about promotions on their website that were available for me to use. She was so sweet to my little girl who was full of questions. Lastly, even though busy, they had my eyeglasses ready before the quoted wait time. The employees at this location go way above and beyond!

They got my new prescription perfect. Went above and beyond at helping me find the best glasses possible for me using my insurance benefits. Super patient and helpful in choosing the best lenses for me. And helped adjust them to fit me perfectly. 10/10 would recommend coming here. Thank you for a great consultation each staff member was very kind.

Overall great experience! The front desk lady was a bit passive, seemed to be in a rush and overall not the greatest customer service but the Doctor I saw was amazing and took the time to thoroughly explain details to me. When choosing frames I had about 5 different women handing me different ones to try on left and right until I found the perfect ones. Giving me advice and honesty which was greatly appreciated! My favorite part about the experience was that I was able to walk out with my glasses ready within 15 minutes!! Def recommend this place!

These guy's are amazing! Edith, Gabby and Billy was very Informative, perfect customer service, knowledgeable kind and understanding, relatable. They instantly calmed me after dealing with another company that had 0 customer service skills at all. They made a customer for life i will send all my family and friends here for their eye needs! My son has special needs and they were patient and gave him the world when you guy's had the same glass he wanted so bad. I was told lies by the other company yet my son is wearing his new glasses that he wanted and loved ! Thank you for helping me make his world better and able to see his world !!! I can not say thank you enough. Greatful single mom. Definitely recommend!!!!!

My experience today from Ayran (spelling?) who was my first contact to Dr. Kofed, to Gabby who helped with my glasses was amazing. Everyone was so kind and patient. It was the most thorough exam I've hah. Everything was explained to me very clearly. I'm so glad I picked Eyemart. Thank you to all of you that helped me!
