I cannot say enough about our positive experience at Artisan Pediatrics. My 9 year old daughter was recently in for a routine eye exam after we were concerned she was having trouble seeing at a distance. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming to kids and their families. Super easy to find and lots of parking. The front desk staff and other staff assisting with the exam were friendly. Dr. Kronburg immediately put my daughter at ease and seamlessly walked her through the series of tests. She was incredibly thorough and also took the time to listen and address additional questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Kronburg to anyone looking for a 5 star eye care experience!

We love Dr. Kronberg! She's like our favorite babysitter turned eye doctor. She's great with kids and their parents. We no longer live in Boise but we make the trip because she's been so good to us! And when we need to pick out glasses, the staff has always been very helpful and patient with us. I cannot recommend Artisan Pediatric Eyecare enough-they're fantastic!

Dr. Johnson is amazing! He is very knowledgable, especially when it comes to caring for my son's eye condition. He is so kind and caring, he thoroughly explains everything so that we feel confident about what is best for our son when it comes to his vision and eye care. The front desk receptionist Addie is always so polite and helpful, she always answers the phone and she is wonderful when it comes to communicating with patients and their families and is always able to help me with any questions or concerns I have.

Dr.Johnson and Dr.Kronberg are great, but scheduling is a nightmare. I have had issues on both regular visits and the vision therapy side multiple times. It is very frustrating when we like the doctors, but it's not worth the haste of the scheduling staff constantly telling you one thing and another say something else.
