Emerald Point Eye Care is great! Dr. Ball is knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about the eye care he provides. His staff are wonderful and helped me find new frames that closely matched my current frames that needed replaced. I really wanted a specific style of frame, and Karen noticed that what I wanted was very similar to a pair another patient recently ordered that they just got in and wasn't currently on display. She showed them to me and they were exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Dr. Ball and Karen for a great visit. Me and my family will definitely be back for our check ups next year!

Rebecca is a fun and energetic person, helping us pick out our glasses and providing us with thoughtful inputs where we ask. The rest of the staff are very professional and kind. An upbeat doctor Ball is a lot of fun, easy to talk to and just an all around good guy. It is also very conveniently located. Great experience, good selection. Rebecca was also proactively helpful with our insurance helping us work through some issues we caused ourselves. Intelligent and experienced.

I have been coming to this office since I was in elementary school and continued to come back my entire life because they were so knowledgeable about issues my eyes have that honestly to many optometrists didn't know about! When lifetime was bought out I continued to come because you guys accept many insurances which is great but a new major set back for me is care credit is no longer accepted, you have changed staff and one of them was honestly the most welcoming receptionist I've ever experienced. Then I had an issue with my glasses breaking very recently the frames are still under warranty so I was told that they would send off for a new frames and that we would swap out lenses (new compared to how it use to be but okay) but I wasn't informed they charge shipping now for glasses under warranty? Overall this eye doctor is still very good the new doctor is very nice and the receptionists are still plenty sweet but for this family, familiar faces and not having care credit as an option was a deal breaker.

This was truly the single best experience I've ever had! Everyone at the establishment should definitely be considered for raises across the board. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything beforehand and showed genuine concern and appreciation. They also addressed pricing and options just like I had requested. They put new lenses in very expensive frames I already owned. Their lab was sub-par in my opinion. They came back with a flaw in my direct line of vision. I couldn't see clearly with them. Their lab argued and said they looked okay to them. They said they would replace the flawed lense once and if still not okay, I was out of luck. How about fixing them until I can actually see with them? Poor customer service. They came back clear but the way the lenses sit in the frame is really bad. They are a weird angle and the right lense actually sticks out further than the left one and is not even flush with the frame. But they made it clear that they would only fix one time.
