My optometrist referred me to this practice. My experience was top notch from the moment I made an appt. They were able to get me in on a cancellation. The office is in a Victorian type building with plenty of parking in back. The receptionist was professional and efficient. After being called back to the room, the MA did a history then took BP. Dr. Jackson came in and was friendly and explained thoroughly what was going on with my eyelid. He gave me options and his professional opinion on how to proceed. If you're in need of this type of medical care, do not hesitate to make an appt.

My optometrist referred me to Dr Jackson for my upper eyelid surgery. He did a great job and I'm happy with results. Everything went smoothly and his staff is very kind and courteous. I had it done 7/23 and now at 8/23 it's almost all healed. Scar is hid when eyes are open and healing fast. Minimal bruising right after which easily hid with makeup/sunglasses. So I do recommend Dr Jackson and his knowledge and professionalism. Very satisfied customer! :)

I highly recommend Dr Jackson. Following a glaucoma surgery, I was referred to him by my glaucoma specialist to repair my eyelid. It has been such a comfort knowing I was working with a surgeon who completely understands eyes and the disease.
Dr Jackson is extremely patient and caring. He was great at explaining procedures and options to ensure I had a clear understanding and would be happy with the long term results of surgery. His work and care exceeded all expectations. For example: On the day originally scheduled for surgery, he came to get me in the waiting room and immediately noticed that my eyelids had significantly changed since we made the original plan. With the operating room prepped and staff waiting, he suggested that we cancel and regroup at a later date. It gave us time to make decisions that were best for me long term.
I am very pleased with the final result!
(P.S. He also made sure my tired husband had a place to lie down during my surgery. )

Honestly I did not know what to expect..., I did my research read the reviews, but what a breath of fresh air. Professional, communicative, knowledgeable. I was expecting to hear I need surgery for my eyes. Dr. Jackson came to a very different conclusion and we decided his suggested professional medical opinion is to wait , and use medication to remediate the underlying issues. The staff was a delight !
