Dr. McNeel and his staff were amazing! Emmy worked with to get me scheduled around my busy schedule. James did my eye exam so throughoh and had me all ready to see Dr. McNeel, who is the Best in the Valley! Then Miss Laura took her time to sit with me and find the perfect lenses that framed my face so well. And she told me about Wotk Space glasses I had NO idea about! Bye Bye bifocals.. hello Workspace! I left feeling cared for and confident I made the right choice by trusting my vision care with Dr. McNeel and his staff! Thank you McNeel Eye Center!

McNeel Eye Center was helpful with explaining my eye exam results. Staff spent time to make sure questions were answered. They also had a wide selection of frames and I was able to find something that worked for me. Thank you.

Went to McNeel's in December 2025, got my perscription, to place an order online with a company I have been using for over 10 years. When I received my glasses the left perscriprion was off. I took them into McNeels and had them checked and I was told they were correct to the perscription. I told the tech at McNeel's that The left eye was not correct, she measured the glasses and first said the PD was off, it wasnt given on their perscription. She brought out few hand lenses put them up in front of my lense untill I could see clearly. then said that my perscription must have changed, my astigmatism moved and that I must have had my exam later in the day and that, prescriptions change depending on the time of day. Instead of booking a new appointment, she went in the computer and changed the perscription, handed me new perscription. I was very unhappy I spent over $100 dollars on glasses that could not be waranteed because they were given the wrong perscription. I asked to be compensated, and was told sorry not our problem and that if I would have purchased the glasses there they would help. McNeel's is a waste of time if you just need a perscription. I justwent to another eye doctor, and guess what my old perscription from before McNeels had barely changed. In summary, I was given bad perscription, I went in to see about another exam and a tech just made excuses then changed the perscription and said I wouldn't have had this issue if I would have gotten my glasses there.

Their team and processes are quick, efficient and thorough. The facility is clean, organized and quiet. Would absolutely recommend them for preventative check-ups as well as diagnosing significant issues.

Great place with really, really nice people working there. I thought I'd have to get my prescription and go somewhere else but it turns out, they have an awesome selection of frames. The prices were great and the optician found the best prices for me without needless upselling. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. McNeel is very thorough and professional. He takes the time to carefully explain the status of my eyes and because I'm diabetic, changes I can expect in the future. He's amazing. The team shines!
