This Pearle Vision office runs very smoothly...check in on time, (no waiting). Dr. Bingham conducted a thorough exam and clearly explained eye issues also making helpful suggestions for eye care. I was assisted picking out new glasses by Connie who gave exceptional service with a most pleasant personality. My first visit, but not my last. I highly recommend this business.

My wife and I had one of the best experiences in buying our glasses. In the past we have used Eyemart and other places but after this experience we will be coming back next year again. Dr. Bingham and staff really do a great job making you feel comfortable and at ease. They are not there to just sell you the most expensive glasses. They ask you excellent questions to get the right look and feel you are going for. The exam was smooth and very thorough. Check-in was easy and they had all my insurance info (Eye-Med) updated. Been pretty happy with this Pearle Vision office for quite a while now. Definitely recommend them...

I had the best experience a few days ago at this establishment. I called in a panic asking for a doctor who could treat a scratched cornea that same day and was surprised to learn there was an available slot an hour later! The gentleman on the phone was friendly and sympathetic towards my situation as well as the lady at the front desk. It was reassuring to see a staff member actually care! Dr. B wasted no time and was able to guide me on next steps. Amazing customer service and professionalism as well as reasonable costs - I will be back for all future optometry needs!! Today I went in for my first exam since I was in elementary school. I came in with some minor concerns, and all of them were heard and considered. Everyone in the building was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The doctor was very clear and easy to communicate with. I even had a wonderful time picking out frames with the staff, too. I feel very well taken care of and I'm very impressed with how easy everyone was to work with. I can't wait to receive my new glasses, and I will happily recommend Pearle Vision to all my family and friends.
