From the very first visit, I have been consistently impressed by the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion shown by everyone in the office. Dr. Dixon, your dedication to achieving the very best possible vision outcome for me has been truly remarkable. You went above and beyond--exploring every reasonable option, explaining each step clearly, and never settling for "good enough." Because of your skill and thoroughness, my eyesight is now the best it can be due to the cornea ulcer and I am so grateful for that gift. Equally important has been the warm, friendly atmosphere created by your entire staff. Every person I've interacted with--whether at the front desk, during testing, or in follow-up calls--has been kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. It's rare to find an office where everyone works together so seamlessly to make patients feel valued, comfortable, and well cared for. I originally chose tree city because of its high rating on Google and over the past several years I have enjoyed my experience there. The staff and the doctor are wonderful there. Very thorough work from discussing images to choosing frames. I love being a patient here!
