The customer service was amazing! Every employee was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They consistently checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was also very honest and knowledgeable when it came to our glasses, which made me feel confident in my purchase and is a big reason I chose to come back.
What truly made my experience stand out was that the employee who helped with my measurements and payment actually remembered me and my family. I was genuinely surprised since it's been about a year, but she recognized us right away and made us feel valued.
Overall, the staff really focused on what we needed rather than trying to upsell or push extra costs. Because of their care and professionalism, I'll happily continue coming back year after year!

Ordered a pair of glasses, they messed up the prescription lenses, sent them back and messed them up again, and since that had taken so long they then said I couldn't have them because I needed a new prescription now. The staff are not helpful and whoever is making these glasses needs their brain checked. If I could give you guys zero stars I absolutely would. I still don't have my glasses and that almost a year ago. The best part? Now they might void my pair because it's taken so long. Count your days Vision works, your time coming.

I've been a customer since 2004. I'm always very happy with the service. Dr Clements is the best optometrist in Idaho. He never fails to explain things in a way I can understand. The staff is very professional and helpful. Myah was indispensable in choosing my next frames. They make it a pleasure to do business there.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND and I would give 0 stars if possible. Came in for my eye appt at 12:30 just now and just because I did not return their phone call confirming my appointment last week, they cancelled my appointment! I work nights and sleep days, so I'm not awake when they are open. The receptionist for the eye doctor was so incredibly RUDE, never smiled and acted like I was putting here out for being there. I'm the one who just drove 20 miles in fog to get there. I was so excited to get new glasses because I have a huge scratch in front of the middle of my eye and the other side snapped the wire holding my lens in, so they are barely hanging on. That older reception needs to be FIRED!!! I've worked at doctors offices and a hospital and NEVER would of got away with the way she acted. Btw... this was my first time coming here and LAST!!! Was going to buy 2-3 pairs of glasses today, guess I'll support another office who deserves my hard earned money!
