This is my first time coming here. Had a really good experience when getting my eyes checked and picking out glasses. When I came back to pick up my glasses and contacts I felt it was not organized I had to ask about my trial pair of contacts (the lady that helped me didn't know what I was talking about. Which tells me she never looked at my chart to see what I am all picking up). I walked out of the building without trying my contacts on which is strange because I've always tried them on and had the doctor look at them to make sure they fit properly. But I will be returning here the place is clean and some of the staff are friendly.

They are amazing with my toddler and they are all so kind and easy to talk to. I would recommend more books for kids and magazines for parents though. Other then that small criticism they are amazing...
Update : took the kiddo back for her eye exam and again the were wonderful to her. They are very kind and patient which isn't always easy with a wiggle worm of a 4 year old. Love this place

I was so impressed with Family Eyecare Specialists in Caldwell. I brought in my elderly mother to pick out frames before her eye appointment which was scheduled for another day. We were walk-ins without an appointment. The staff at the desk were so nice and welcomed us in and let us browse through their great selection of frames. We were greeted by Kayleigh. She usually works in the lab but took time out to make sure we were taken care of. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never had this great of customer service from an optician. I would definitely recommend Family Eyecare Specialists, and especially Kayleigh, for all of your optical needs. Five stars for sure!
