Dr. Ken is a great doctor. He was very nice and answered all my questions. We had to wait for 2 hours after our appointment. When I talked to the front desk, she asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I told her that I was informed a week ago to reschedule my appointment.

Every part of my recent experience with Dr Kent and Dr. Webster has been exceptional. I had an emergency situation and everyone was attentive and went way beyond my expectations. Dr. Webster came in on a Saturday that he was not on call to check my pressures and then followed that with a text message to check on me the following day. You just don't hear of those things much anymore. I am extremely impressed with how much they care and empathy they showed to me.Debbie Wellman.

Everyone there made my experience there great with the exception of the gal working up front at the check-in desk, and they do not accept Medicaid to fill prescriptions for eye glasses. I was led to believe that they did accept Medicaid insurance for the exam and for filling the prescription as well.
