In late December 2025, I was diagnosed with cataracts and referred to Grange Eye Care. From the initial consultation explaining the entire cataract surgery process to the detailed post-op care plan, the experience was outstanding and a complete success. My vision is now back to normal--I no longer need glasses at all! I felt completely at ease heading into surgery because Dr. Landon Grange and the team explained everything so clearly. A huge plus: they perform the procedure right in their office. Special thanks to Heather and Maria for handling all the admin and insurance questions smoothly, and to Emma and Lisa for their excellent support during my surgical procedures. Learning that I needed cataract surgery was an unwelcome surprise. After looking at my options, I decided on Grange Eye Care, and I am glad I did. They saw me right away, scheduled my surgery for the next week, and were able to operate on both eyes at the same time. Dr. Grange was knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and caring. His office is family-oriented, professional, and caring. Everything was exceptional from the first appointment, through the surgery, and the follow-up. I am proud to say that when I went in, I was barely able to drive. After surgery and a month of recovery, I am seeing 20/20 thanks to Dr. Grange and his amazing employees in his office. I am 53 years old and was tired of wearing glasses. Had both my eyes done this past Monday on 02/16/2026. The staff were amazing in preparing me for my procedure and I was given an option for medication to relax me. I opted to take two and was completely relaxed. There is no pain involved just typical annoyance looking into a bright light and having solution poured in your eye. The whole procedure was done quickly. At home continued with my drops and I slept with dark shades provided to me as only a precaution in touching my eyes. The recommended over the counter drops along with medicated drops caused me no discomfort into next day. I slept like a baby that night! Next day I noticed improvement to my vision and no longer needed glasses to read messages on my phone. Eyes still a little sensitive to sun but not much. Vision only going to get better! During my follow up, I was able to read chart at 20/15 vision. Highly satisfied and recommend the service!

Dr. Grange and his staff are professional and caring. Because of cancer treatment my cataracts progressed much faster than I expected. I feel blessed to have them now removed and new lenses that have improved my vision drastically even after just 2 days! I spend as much time as possible outside and am excited about no longer having my glasses fog up when enjoying, hiking, biking, skiing, gardening, hunting, & more. Grange eye gave the best care and service. I was referred to them by Costco eye center and I'm truly grateful for the referral. Everyone that works in the office was extremely nice. It's the most affordable cataract surgery. I got the best lens for both eyes less than big eye care center in Boise was charging for one eye. I highly recommend. Thanks Dr Grange and staff.

Great Staff... I was a bit apprehensive going in for eye surgery, but that was relieved immediately when I met Heather. She was informative, kind and understanding. The whole staff is down to earth nice and helpful. The surgeries, one eye each day back to back went perfectly with no pain and everything explained along the way along with post op instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Grange and his excellent staff to any and all that are in need of cataract surgery or eye care. A very professional clean and efficient eye care service here in the valley. I can't say how great the experience was from the beginning to the end. From the eye Dr Landon Grange, to all of his team. Professional helpful caring friendly .They really care. An are good at what they do.Had cataract removed from right eye, turned out great, getting my left one done next week'.so excited! I recently underwent eye surgery with Dr. Grange, and I am happy with the results. The office staff were warm, attentive, and ensured every step was seamless. I chose the tri-focal lens and while I'm still adjusting to the new lenses, the outcome will be impressive once my eyes and brain settle into the new lenses. My near vision has improved remarkably, and I no longer need reading glasses, my mid-range vision is solid, and my far range is getting better each week. I am currently seeing 20/20 and very close to 20/15. I am experiencing some halos and starbursts with lights/headlights at night and I'm looking forward to halo improvement with a laser polish to the lenses in another month. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding care I received.
