I really loved the doctor here-she was personable and knowledgeable.
However, their front desk seems "bothered" when you are there or call and their eyewear department was incredibly rude when I provided documentation on a mistake they made and refused to correct it. Even after this, when I called the office to schedule appointments for myself and others, the front desk said I could just schedule online if it was "going to be so many people" (there were 3 people). I thought about it and called them back to tell them I felt unwanted and mistreated by multiple people from their office, but didn't want to go to another doctor as I liked mine...their response was "Ok, so you want me to cancel these appointments?". I was shocked then and even more so that no one contacted me afterward-I thought it would be concerning to lose 3 patients in a day and a loyal customer of many years.

Great experience with Dr. Shelby and the office staff today for my annual exam.
The staff is both friendly and professional, nice combinmation to have. Dr. Shelby answered all my questions using an easy to understand vocabulary and without a sense of rushing thru the answer.
May I recommend that when given the choice of eye dilation or a photo, you should choose the photo. This allows for an explanation of what is going on with your eyes as you and the doctor are looking at the photo, which Dr. Shelby did very thoroughly and in detail. The photo can then be used in the years to come as a historical referance.

Dr.Shelby is amazing. She always covers every possible base concerning my eye care. She explained all the pros and cons of having cataract surgery and recommended a top notch surgeon. She has taken care of my eyes for the last eight years since we moved to Idaho and has always given me great care. She even diagnosed a problem in my husband's eye that no other eye doctor had ever been able to explain before. Can't say enough good things about her.

Dr. Shelby is so amazing! My brother has VKC which means that his eyes get itchy and sometimes sting. Shelby is so comforting and funny and although we go there a lot, she's always there and ready to help! The other doctors are great, too. There was one lady who helped my brother get his contact lens on and she was so helpful! And we can't forget Kobe, the office dog! Overall, this place is great with the amazing staff members and the huge supply of eye glasses and kids books for the waiting room. We will definitely come back and I recommended this place. Plus, it's local!
