Family and I started going here i dont know how many years ago when our eye dr from Sears moved to Kmart and then completely moved away without telling us. These folks are always amazing and so professional, so fun, and take the most amazing care of us. Im always suggesting them to friends because they genuinely care and document any concerns you may have about the health of your eyes. Giving guidance and opinion I'll trust dr Jay all day every day

THANK YOU to Dr. Toni Watt and the team at Summit Eyecare. They are absolutely exceptional! Definitely a 5 star provider of high quality customer eye care. Most professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Top notch, in my experience. I'm grateful.
Dr. Watt is a gem! She has seen me through several years now of an unexpected diagnosis. I went in to her for advisement regarding a new onset of 'floaters.' She astutely recognized other abnormalities and put me on a path that has saved me from further damage and blindness.
As well, I discovered Dr. Watt and the Summit Eye facility work in conjunction with the Idaho Eye and Laser team, post surgically. (Another gem we have in this area!) The two are 'hand in glove' to provide THE best individualized, total eye care for protection and health.
From the front desk to prescription glasses, to the competent Ophthalmology team at Summit, they are also the kindest of people. Every time I walk out of that office, I have the feeling and confidence that I have been truly cared for by the BEST!

This was the best experience visiting an eye appointment. I am a senior citizen and they treated me with respect and concern for my needs. They answered all my questions no matter how silly they sounded to me just saying that is a good questions. Dr. Watt is very through and very sweet.

For the most part everything was great, except that they did not tell me about extra charges until after my visit. I was told at beginning of my visit all I was to pay was my co-pay. Ended up being cost of my copay and $40+. And they said me oh you were not informed or get this form? I said no i was not and no i did not. Nothing was really done about it. I just got an apology and still had to pay.

Horrible experience. After 20 years of business here Skylar called me rude and suggested I take my business elsewhere. Macey the office manager called me to apologize and say she values me my business and my opinion. She promised Skylar would apologize and she'd call back Friday. Macey never contacted me again or returned my calls. Summit Eye Care has no professionalism, honor or compassion. Don't go here if you value truth and respect.
