Good customer service. It took us a while to get help when we came in and had to hunt someone down a few times. We were able to get my husband glasses for $110 with new lenses and anti-Reflection. One thing I wish we knew was they need you're eye evaluation in paper form because they need to scan it. Besides the extra trips we had to take, we were happy with the glasses and the final results!

I was disappointed at the contact fitting fee, as i specifically said i did not want to purchace any contacts that day and was only there for glasses. I was unaware they would charge me after asking me a casual "would you like to try these on?". If I had known they would charge me that much I would've declined. When I mentioned it, they just shrugged. It felt sleazy and I was really disappointed.

I had a good experience when I first arrived, getting my eye exam, and getting fitted for contacts. However, there were several miscommunications when it came to billing for my contacts It made me lose some confidence in the practice itself. The staff is very kind and helpful and seemed to understand my frustration, but overall this made my experience subpar. I think this is likely a problem with communication or simple human error. I was given hand written quotes for contacts which ended up being quite affordable, the nice woman at the desk who wrote them then mentioned she forgot to quote for my astigmatism. I gave her the paper back, she whited-out her previous quotes, and re-quoted me the appropiate price for the contacts I needed. I called in later to order the contacts and started recieving lower quotes than on the paper I was given, I mentioned I had astigmatism to the woman on the phone and she corrected the quotes to relfect the increased quote I was given on paper. The numbers matched what I had been given on the corrected hand written quote so I ordered contacts. There would be a small period (a week) between when I would be out of contacts and when my new contacts would arrive at my home. The nice staff said they could give me a pair to tide me over which is super nice. When I came in to pick up the tide-over contacts, they mentioned they had misquoted me (again) and that I needed to pay an additonal $80. They did say I could wait to pay it, which was nice but money wasn't really the issue for me here. I paid the $80, but wanted to come back with the original hand quote to make sure the price I paid was correct. At this point in the process I had no confidence in what I was being quoted for my contacts. I brought back my original hand-written quote and the bill I had just paid to the office to compare and speak to one of the women who helped me (she was very kind and understanding). All said and done the last, final, and most expensive quote (the one I paid), ended up being the correct price and they showed me the numbers so I could be assured it was correct. Again, everyone was super nice but the end experience for me as a patient was not very re-assuring, I did like the Dr and Staff but I think the discrepencies I faced in the quotes for my contacts is a real issue that should be addressed within the practice. I have also worked in the medical field and I know I wouldn't want my patients having an experience like mine. I have a year to consider if I will do bussiness with them again or not. I'll probably re-evaluate my decision at that time.

Quick service! I woke up, glasses fell apart in my hands. Came by, and not only repaired for free, but also new nose pads and general cleaning.

Dr. D Mortensen, and the crew at Rexburg Vision Center, are absolute legends, dropped my daughter off at school she had some eye issues. They worked her in the same day have followed her up and I've given amazing care. So appreciative of Dr. Mortensen and the rest of the staff.

My son had severe headaches. Rexburg Vision got my son in quickly and Dr Nate was able to diagnose and resolve the issues he was having. We had a small issue with billing, but their customer service was amazing in resolving it! Their honesty and integrity is commendable!

We've been going to Rexburg Vision Center for many, many years. Over the years, we've had the chance to see all of their providers. The doctors are fantastic, the staff are helpful and friendly, and they have a decent selection of frames to choose from. They have a state-of-the-art imaging machine that photographs your retina without the need for dilation, which has been amazing to see your eye health. If you're looking for top-notch eye doctors that are friendly and run a good business, look no further. You won't be disappointed.
