I have been going to Dr. Neal Guymon in Rexburg, ID for several months regarding a serious dry eye issue. Dr. Guymon is a very outstanding doctor in his field. He has helped my eye issues more than anyone else I previously have been to over the past year. He identified the issues of my eye disease and worked tirelessly to find a proper solution. He has a very gentle nature, and a sincere desire to his very best. I highly recommend Dr. Guymon, and his friendly staff!!!

Jasmine has honestly the best office tech. She was so helpful in helping me choose frames for me. She was so patient with me because I'm a really hard person when it comes to choosing glasses. When it came time to check out she was just so amazing careful reviewing my insurance. I really appreciated her giving me the options I had to save me money come on who doesn't like save money!! The doctor? Amazing. I would almost say the best in town, I have tried a few here and this is the first to address all of my concerns and do a slow, good job. This will be my first new pair of glasses in about three years that I can use, as the last doctor I went to had to redo my prescription twice and still had the strength over 1.50 stronger than it needed to be and an incorrect axis. I've been wearing an old prescription instead of my new glasses for years. This doctor did everything he could to be sure my prescription was correct. I had a small problem but it was very quickly resolved. The doctor was amazing I would reccomend him again.

Dr. Guymon was awesome. Listened and explained things really well to me about light sensitivity issues i was having. The staff was super nice and quick and helped me find new glasses and sun glasses. Cant wait to get them in a few weeks!
