I absolutely love my eye Dr. Andrea Moore , very polite, explains everything. Then picking new glasses is nice , great styles. Love Kari she's great at fitting glasses and making sure they look good and they fit . Great visit . Went to pick up my glasses today the 4th of February but seg heights . were not correct . I also asked what if I don't care for the frames , I got informed that their policy changed . Whatever you buy your stuck with them . That was not told to us when we got our frames that should have been explained in person to us . I am very dissatisfied. So today February 27th , I went back to pick up my glasses for round 2 , not right again . My answer after twice is refund all my money and let me go where they can get my prescription in my glasses correct first round . Dissatisfied.

A great experience. Amber Prins (DO) is very thorough and knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The employees where you pick out your glasses are very helpful and nice. The quality of the lenses is outstanding as they use a lab in Washington State and not overseas. It is a little more expensive but worth it in my opinion.
