Very friendly efficient and knowledgeable. The detected a subtle refractive impairment that other Optometrists missed. They made a modification for my lens prescription and now I can see clearly for , what feels like, the first time. Highly recommend the group.

They have been nothing but kind and attentive to me . Willing to work with me through my financial issues and are gracious hosts. This is an amazing spot to get your exam and get a pair of glasses 100 percent recommend them over the other spots in town!

Went here today to get an eye exam to get an updated prescription. Lorelai was great and thorough and didn't rush. It wasn't a 5 minute exam like another place here and the prescription wasn't ever right. Very pleased with my experience here and the front desk lady was extremely nice as well and worked me up an initial quote for frames and lenses.

My review is solely based off a phone conversation that I had with a very nice lady one the phone. I'll end up going somewhere else because of timing, but I would have liked to use this business because of her.

Excellent service and very friendly staff, Nate the eye doctor was very friendly and extremely efficient. Both Jen and Laura Ly were also very friendly and helpful in getting things all set up and getting my glasses fitted. If you live in Sandpoint this is the place to go for your eye care needs..

The superior attitudes of the 2 staff members are unbelievably disrespectful of cash paying customers. When a person asks for a certain procedure NOT to be done on account of the pain, a "doctor" needs to abide by the person's wishes, especially when the procedure he forcefully promotes is completely unnecessary. When we asked for our eye glasses to be adjusted, the assistant tried to make me feel guilty by asserting they charge for this procedure, but we'll let it go this time. She wanted to make me feel guilty for adjusting my glasses. Sad. Walmart or Costco would have done it without the guilt trip. There are literally thousands of eye clinics with competent personnel and eye doctors within a safe distance from where I live. We just happened upon this clinic because it was convenient. I'm not sure how he got a 5 star rating.

The staff and Dr. at Pend Oreille Vision Care are the BEST!! They have saved my bacon twice now and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. Will continue to use their services. If you're looking for a new optometrist, I can't recommend them more!! Thank you so much guys!!!

Both the doctor and the front desk were very professional and courteous. I didn't have to wait very long, and they were very willing to work with me on my schedule. 10/10 - I would recommend to a friend.
