I love NW Eyecare. Dr. Pawlak listened attentively to my concerns and checked my eyes thoroughly. She explained any changes she saw and talked about care going forward. She is personable, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Her staff was easy to deal with, kind and efficient. Even though we've moved farther away, we still return because of the excellent care and engaging personnel. Highly recommend.

Dr. Oneill is fantastic! I came in with an eye injury and she was able to squeeze me in even though I am not a patient. She was very thorough and took great care helping me with my injury. She even called me later that evening to see how I was doing! Dr. O'Neill treated me like family and truly cared about my wellbeing which is a rarity these days in the medical field. I am switching my family and I to her for all of our optical needs going forward because of how blown away I was with how wonderful she and this place was!!! I highly recommend!!! Thank you again Dr. O'Neill!!!

Dr. Pawlak is very personable and knowledgeable. My exam is always very thorough. I have been coming to this office for over 20 years. All the doctors and staff are have been great!

Front desk person leaned into the exam room to litterally shout at the assistant helping me. They also won't send me my prescription. It was so uncomfortable I wanted to run. Even after that I was planning to buy glasses here but wanted to just keep a copy of my prescription until my insurance refreshed. I have asked FIVE times and called twice and they still haven't sent my prescription. It's too bad because the optometrist was wonderful and I was about to switch five family members here. Some of the staff need to find jobs that don't require helping people, being professional, or following up on anything. I will not be back.
