I wish I could rate the doctor separate from the office staff. I saw Dr. Kiernan. I really liked him! However, the interactions I have had with the other office staff is the cause for the two stars. At the moment I am so frustrated that they are lucky they have the two stars I gave them. I found most of the office staff to be very short and pretty rude. No one that you see during the appointment seems to be happy or like their job. They are just moving you from one place to another. You kind of feel like you don't matter and are just a number. After my appointment, I called the office for 3 days with no response to attempt to pay a bill. The only way I got someone to call me back was to send a message through their contact us on their website. Finally, someone called back and I was able to pay my bill. I then asked about speaking with someone to go over my prescription, as I felt that it was incorrect. Got sent to voicemail. Missed a return call. Received an incredibly condescending voicemail regarding feeling that my prescription is incorrect. Called back right away. And again, no one will call back after 3 voicemails. Needless to say, I will not be back. Should not be so hard to pay a bill and ask a question. Update: 37 minutes after posting this review the woman I had been trying to reach called me back. Incredibly rude. Argumentative. Repeatedly cut me off. Did not want to listen to what I had to say or why I felt the way that I did. Just wanted to tell me I was wrong.

Jackie was wonderful, she was very professional. She walked me through each step of the process. Answered my questions and explained the what and the why. She was a ray of sunshine.. she has a great disposition..

My mom was there on 8/2 on Follow up. She arrivedon time. Tech took her into the room, did preliminary exam very nicely and gently, and put my mom in waiting room, where she waited for 45 minutes (!!!) to have pictures of her eyes taken. When she came out to ask what's going on, what's the wait, she was told that they lost her chart, apologized took her in and took the pictures, the lady who took the picture was VERY friendly and professional. And asked her to wait a bit more. Then Dr Charles Donlea walked in for the VERY brief exam. When my mom asked what was the reason she was waiting for the total of 65 minutes for him, Dr Donlea sneered at her that 65 mins wait is normal for this office and snapped at her, that if she doesn't like it - she should go somewhere else. My mom walked out and went to the receptionist and related the words of Dr. Donlea. Receptionist called a medical supervisor. Who assured my mom that 65 mins wait is NOT normal for the office, and that it won't happen again. However, considering how rude, dismissive and utterly unprofessional Dr Donlea was to my mom. I strongly suggest that you avoid that place like a plague. Unless of course you want to wait 65 mins to see the doctor and enjoyed being told by the above mentioned doctor "If you don't like it, nobody cares- go somewhere else".

I have quite a difficult prescription and dry eyes so I was elated to finally have a thorough eye exam. I was extremely happy with Dr. Roytman and all the staff was welcoming and patient with me. Conveniently located in medical building 2, where my other doctors are located as well. The advocate senior service bus does transport to which is a HUGE plus.

Jackie dilated my eyes better than anyone in all my years of going to eye doctor offices. I can't state strongly enough how much I appreciated this! She is also very kind which makes a big difference!

Dr. Anderson was so sweet and kind with my 2 year old. She was very patient and answered all our questions without feeling rushed. Natalia was also great in getting us settled in.

Excellent staff! Henry is so caring...he explains everything so clearly! Dr Donlea is amazing! He takes Excellent care of his patients!

The best part about this practice is JoJo. She works in the eye glasses area. Professional, knows her stuff, very efficient. This is not the place to go if you have anything else to do either that morning or afternoon. All of the staff is wonderful but the wait times is totally unacceptable. Patients have lives too and expecting people to wait 90 minutes just isn't right. They need to schedule their patients with more time for the appointments. The doctors, Millman and Dilman, are really good about not making you feel rushed and are very thoroough. But the office needs to allow more time for emergencies (which seem to happen EVERY time I go there) so the other patients have to wait so long OR reschedule the first few patients so they can keep on schedule. I personally would much rather reschedule than to wait for 90 minutes for my appt.....
