You must try the Helfrich Family Eye Care. The staff is very helpful, the Tech took you through every step explaining as she went to each station for the exam. Doctor Andrews explained every picture that was taken. I loved my visit there and will tell all my friends looking for GREAT eye care to go.

The people here are always pleasant and helpful..You're never made to feel like you're just another patient. The doctor is very nice and takes the time to listen to your issues and why you're there. I feel confident in their willingness to help but not be overly pushy in trying to sell you things you don't need. I would highly recommend Dr Helfrich to anyone needing a skilled, friendly eye doctor.

Helfrich Family Eye Care is a beautiful office with great staff and even better doctor. Dr. Helfrich is so friendly and knowledgeable about eyes. I can tell she really loves what she does and the patients she works with. I recommend Helfrich Family Eye Care to any and every one!

Patient care at it's worst...rude, unprofessional staff...main reason for visit was to perform glaucoma test but their equipment failed and provided no valid results...yet a staff member later blamed the patient for the failed test...leaving patient confused and lacking the necessary analysis...with no option to repeat the test or explanation why it couldn't be rescheduled that day due to its importance to the patient's eye health. Prepare for combat if you do question your treatment or the bill. Plenty of better options for eye care in the area. One Star is generous...

Dr. Helfrich is the best OD I have ever visited. She utilizes advanced testing to check my eye health and she is the very best at getting my glasses prescription right.

Best optometrist I have ever had (in a lifetime of eyeglasses). Up-to-date, state of the art equipment and practice, no mistakes, takes time to explain everything.

I've been with Dr. Helfrich for a while and have never encountered an unpleasant visit. She is the "bomb" as for as I'm concerned. She uses State of the Art technology and I'm happy to be a part of it.I'm very pleased.

Had a real good experience with this office. Doctor J Mogil is very thorough and took her time to explain the different tests and outcomes. I will definitely come back.
