Worst experience ever. Went there for an eye exam due to not wanting to wait it out where I normally would go. Not only did the doctor give me the wrong proscription that I can't use, he had me to come back in just to rewrite a different prescription and draw dots on my frames that I purchased and recommend I send them back due to his screw up. Well it's not that simple and it cost me more money. I would never go back there again and No I do not recommend at all. Poor service, rush job just to get money from my insurance company. Absolutely horrible- Belleviile location

If i could give 0 stars i would. They never called me to tell me my glasses came in earlier than the pickup date, and now they don't have them. Someone else picked them up while I was out of town for work. So not only do i not have my glasses, someone else is currently using a wrong prescription. Id highly recommend to stay clear of this location. I got 0 bit of accommodation for this it's absolutely ridiculous.

My 10yr old needed her vision checked after not passing the school vision screening in one eye. Dr. Bradford was extremely patient and thorough with her. She was very nervous about the new experience. All of the staff were then very helpful while she looked around at glasses. We especially enjoyed Donald who helped us with ordering the pair she chose.

I have vision insurance and my glasses still cost almost $300. I have a $300 pair of glasses that I cannot wear. The lenses keep falling out. I have been fighting with this for weeks. Walmart does not care. I have been waiting for almost a week for the replacement pair. I got the original glasses in a couple days. It's like I'm being punished for the mistake they made. I guess if they don't mess your glasses up you may be fine. But do you want to risk it. Horrible customer service and product.
