Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Christina Evola explained the whole process thoroughly and made the exam very comfortable. Great prices (used insurance).

I brought my 5-year-old for an eye exam which I knew would be very challenging and the staff was so wonderful and patient. I appreciate the time and energy they all gave for her first experience. I know it took a lot of patience and coaching and cannot be more thankful. Dr. Madro made her feel very comfortable and also made me feel less tense over her attention span. Thank you to all!

Was here first time year ago. I had appt and was taken much later. Exam ok. But afterward i had the front reception trying to overcharge me and i had my vision plan in hand. She kept arguing was wrong. I said you call them. She said no. I called and they agreed i was being overcharged. I had to get a manager. I spent at least 45 min just trying to fix their overcharge so i could order my glasses. If i was not already invested in the time and prescription i would have left. Im looking elsewhere.

Great experience at LensCrafters. The doctor was friendly and thorough and didn't rush the exam. Jibran was very professional and helpful in choosing the right everyday frames, answered my questions, and took his time. Highly recommend.

Dr. Madro, and her assistant, were both excellent. It was a real pleasure to work with them. The physical facility is also top-notch; with room to display hundreds of frames, from the best brand names.

The staff who handled my eye exam were great--friendly, welcoming, and informative. No problem coming back for my annual screening with them. But their sales associate? Hard pass. I won't call her out by name, but here's why. From the jump, the interaction had that "you don't belong here" vibe. I'd already uploaded my info and documents online. When I arrived, I said I had an appointment. She checked, asked if I had vision insurance (yes, already uploaded), then asked if I had medical insurance (also uploaded). Fine. Not even five minutes later, she comes back: "We can't find your vision insurance, and your medical doesn't cover vision. You'll need to pay out of pocket. Best we can do is $20 off." No "let's double-check," no "maybe something didn't upload right"--just straight to you're not covered, pay up. I wasn't having it. I told her it was interesting how fast she jumped to that conclusion. Then I pulled up my vision card on my phone. Three seconds later she says, "Oh, the wrong name was on the form." Really? That wasn't even worth asking about before you told me to pay out of pocket? Nasty. LensCrafters--your associate either needs retraining in customer service or a different role entirely.

Dr. Evola is the best. She takes plenty of time with her patients and is very thorough. Her recommendations were spot on and I can see perfectly now!

Dr Madro is the absolute BEST! She is soo kind and a wonderful Doctor! I highly recommend her!
