The young lady who helped when I first came in was very friendly. She was proficient in giving the first steps of the eye exam. The eye doctor was also knowledgeable and helpful. she answered all my questions with care. The only issue I had was that there was not a big selection of eye wear for people on a budget. I'm sure I'm not the only person on a budget. Overall I would still recommend this Lens Crafter's to friends.

Dr. Madro was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the change to my contact lens prescription to monovision, which will make up-close reading much easier. I also purchased a pair of glasses, and Danielle was equally friendly and helpful, making that part of my visit a great experience as well.

Wow. The people at the Bloomingdale store are so helpful and kind! A piece of gold hardware fell off my eyeglass frames that I absolutely LOVE (now discontinued) and the store manager (Danielle?) actually superglued substitute hardware to increase the longevity of my frames. She also helped me find comparable frames while giving me honest, yes or no, input. Eyeglasses are an extension of your face and as a trendy girl I put a lot of thought and time when choosing eyeglasses. One thing I will say... I've looked at a lot of eyeglass frames, including at Wheaton Eye Clinic, and no store in the area has cuter, stylish frames than LensCrafters.

She was able to adjust my new glasses so they fit correctly after they became loose. She was great, and I am so thankful. I stepped on my glasses and broke them yesterday and have been dreading my visit all day; fearing that they couldn't be repaired. However, Stephanie was so kind and helpful! She took them and repaired them with ease and a smile! So grateful for her and I'll be back to this LensCrafters in the future.

I used to go to America's Best for my glasses until I needed to choose somewhere closer. This Lens Crafter location is the best. My glasses always come out amazing and the staff are always so helpful, friendly and supportive. Whenever I need my glasses fixed or adjusted I always ask for Stephanie and she always does a perfected job and takes great care. I have never experienced such A1 prime service from anyone like Stephanie! This is the place to go if you need a new pair of glasses.

On January 11th went for glasses & eye exam today is February 20th and no glasses. After the first two weeks were sent back due to wrong prescription.
That is 6 weeks later. Very upsetting, no valid explanation, wow ! Been a custumer for 4 years. Not good!
