My husband has been treated with excellent and compassionate care by every member of the staff. He was extremely nervous about cataract surgery and came away saying it was a miracle day. He has the highest regard for Dr. Swale and his expertise and compassion. He noticed how Dr. Swale and his team treated all the patients with the same level of care. I walked into the eye doctor's office and immediately noticed how professional and clean everything was, with plenty of staff on duty. I really appreciated the attentiveness as soon as I came through the door. I only waited a few minutes before being seen by the technician, who performed a very thorough eye exam.
After that, the eye doctor came in and completed another detailed exam. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. They even performed an additional test after noticing a few concerns, and then recommended a referral to a specialist so those issues could be looked into further.
Before I left, they scheduled a follow-up appointment for three months out. I truly appreciate how thorough they were and how much time they took with me. It's rare to find a team that pays such close attention and genuinely cares about your eye health. I highly recommend them.

Dr Nicholson not only took great care of my eyes, but was amazing with my 94yr old MIL. His patience and kindness helped her through an exam that she had been very nervous about.
