I just wanted to reach out to someone whether the bourbonais center or corporate to let you guys know this was my first time EVER coming to LensCrafters, despite wearing glasses since the age of 10(I'm 50). I truly felt loved by you guys, and it didn't seem phoney. I mean all of you made me feel at home. I will definitely be coming to you guys for next pair of glasses and I AM buying the most expensive pair, just so you guys can have commission (if it helps). Yeah I'm weird I know. Service Reps are very attentive, especially my rep Jake. Love the new location and ambience of the store. So chic, modern, and spacious but not pretentious. Very comfortable lighting and seating. Also love that LensCrafters uses many insurance plans, along with any promos they may have. Additionally, you can choose frames from their vast selection or elsewhere. I love it!
