Dr. Buzcko and his staff are very friendly. The staff take the time to answer any questions about your insurance coverage if you have questions and are willing to take as much time as you need. Dr. Buzcko is willing to take as much time as you need to make sure that you are comfortable with the information that he gives you. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is personable and makes you feel at ease while he is examining your eyes. If you are looking for an Optometrist this is an exceptional option and I would highly recommend Progressive Vision Center.

I don't live in Canton, just work here. I found myself in need of a midday nose piece repair. Progressive Vision Center went out of their way to provide top notch customer service and repairs. If I lived in town I would be making this my future Vision Center of choice. I highly recommend them. Also, they have beautiful office setting.

My experience with Dr. Bobell and his entire team has been outstanding! Dr. Bobell is friendly and provides a thorough eye examine. The selection of frames offers many options for work, sports activities and fashion and they get new styles frequently. Each staff-person goes above and beyond in helping you choose a frame that is durable, fits well and looks great. I'm very satisfied with Progressive Vision Center.

Took my broken glasses, which I purchased through them, in to see if they would look at them. I was told I needed an appointment just to look at my glasses. I have never encountered anything like that. Other companies fix glasses on site for free. The initial exam was good but it was extremely expensive to pay for out of pocket. I will find another company.
