Marion Eye Center

Out of all the Locations, this one is by far the best one! The staff here are so sweet, respectful, reliable, and professional! The Doctors here are great with people but over all great with kids. Very patient and sweet to my youngens! I have to also give a shout out to Lenzie Croft in optical! She is such a sweet heart and caring for people's needs. I have been struggling to get my sons specific frames he needs and she has called and called about them until they fixed the issue. She doesn't know me from Adam but she cares about my kids eye sight and that speaks volumes of the person she is. Thank you Lenzie! If you have kids I definitely recommend coming here if able to make the drive!

The Carbondale location is the best one out of all of them. The staff was much more friendly and positive than other ones I've been to. A doctor I saw at the Murphysboro location had a bad attitude and was very agitated about something. All the staff I've seen at the Carbondale location were kind and respectful. It takes longer to get an appointment at this location, but it's well worth the wait.

Marion Eye Center in Carbondale has the best staff and Doctors ever from the minute you walk through the door at registration to the nurses who help getting you ready for the doctor to Dr Ahmed who is so kind and patient with checking my cataract every year to Dr Tyhurst who is also so kind and patient and funny with my children and is so Knowledgeable and always gives the best advice to cure our problems To Dr Bradly, I hope I spelled her name right, she's so so kind and also patient and thorough with her work. Also I wish I knew the name of the kind lady that helped me with my glasses. Basically everyone there is amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone.

After not having gone to the eye doctor for several years. I got a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Both pairs came out exactly how I wanted and fit excellently. My doctor was very professional and informative and the staff were very accommodating in getting the sunglasses shipped to me in wisconsin. Highly recommend.

Not great so far. Called the Murphysboro office months ago to make appointments for my two 3 year olds. I go in the day of the appointment to find out that they scheduled it at Carbondale's location because this one doesn't allow two family members to have an appointment on the same day. So I then rushed to Carbondale to do the appointments. Just to find out that they were going to do dilation that would make them blurry all day. Was never told that and I wouldn't assume 3 year olds needed that. So I had to reschedule. Carbondale office said that they have to do my kids separately. I asked to do them together again and they said no. I said in that case, can I just do the Murphysboro office since I live closer to there. They said go ahead and call them. I called Murphysboro's office and they made the appointments for the same day again in Summer. I had to ASK where it would be, and once again it was the Carbondale office. STOP scheduling people at different offices that they DID NOT call without telling them! How would they know!? I just had to reload and unload my kids multiple times because the communication here did not exist.

They were extremely helpful. And we're patient when I was picking out my glasses. They got to me quickly and they were even busy. The doctor and everyone and there was very friendly.

Jasmine was thrilled to have her aunt Amber Qualls examine her eyes. This was her first time to see the eye doctor. She liked the experience although she didn't care too much about her eyes being displayed. Everyone seemed to be so friendly.

The staff is very nice and pleasant it makes you feel at home they talk to you like you as a person lots of smiles the doctors are wonderful I recommend them to you because I'm a person that is not fun the doctors in fact get very nervous then know how my surgery was going to happen but it was great and if you want a place that make you feel at ease Marion eye center is the one
