I had a great experience with their team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my eye health. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend if you're looking for a professional and kind eye doctor!

I am a 63-year-old female Already frustrated because I got lost coming to this facility and then when I spoke with someone at the front desk, I think I agitated them even more, but in the process of all this agitation, they had awaiting patient with me and then the doctor saw me and she was very kind, very professional and after I calm down, it was a great experience. I thanked them for knowing how to communicate with and older off balance customers, I gave a four star because there's always room for improvement. Very fast and great hospitality! The doctor did an amazing job and she answered all the questions I had. The staff was also great, Lorena was very helpful in choosing my new frames!

When I got to my appointment the workers in front were just gossiping and didn't want to assist me. Once my exam was complete a worker just gave me a price sheet and left back to her desk. I had to get her to come back and show me some glasses. Take your business elsewhere for a more professional customer service experience.

First time here at Miami optical, and everyone was SO sweet!! Wasn't planning on getting glasses there until I saw how many options they had, the staff was also super sweet and wasn't annoyed by how many glasses I tried on lol. My doctor was efficient and sweet, already can't wait to come back!

This wasn't our first visit, but it's the first time I felt compelled to leave a review because their consistent kindness and professionalism deserve recognition. Checking in was a breeze easy to fill out paperwork, and I loved that we could even complete it online beforehand at home. The doctor who saw my children was incredibly patient and gentle with all three of them, which as a parent, means everything. One of the best parts? There was absolutely no pressure to buy glasses on the spot. They handed me our prescriptions without hesitation and even let us know we could come back anytime to browse glasses no appointment necessary. I truly appreciate the little things this office gets right convenient location, free parking, smooth scheduling, and above all, a team that treats you like more than just another appointment. Horrible customer service, i literally had to leave and cancel my appointment. There was a man employee that I felt was nitpicking on my family. I came with my mother of 80 years of age and my son that is 3 with autism. First this male employee tell me to turn down the volume from phone which I was using to calm my son down. So I did the man left and came back because I was giving my 3year old fruit snacks. I was feeding it to him .I did not give it to him because I was avoiding a mess. Then he came back the 3rd time to tell me if I was leaving because my appointment didn't start till 1:30 I told him. That me and my 80 years old mom was resting because we had walked a long ways. I told him what other rule was I breaking. He tell me there a sign in the front dest which I did not see. At this point I felt upset and left with out completing my appointment all that's to that employee and him kept nagging on us. If you don't want kids at the appointment please say so. Horrible heart breaking experience. Ever.i been coming here for over 10 years . And this was the worse experience ever thank to that employee. Over thinking man. Also now that he made me and my family uncomfortable I was charged a 25$ cancel fee. Non sence .
