The most caring, kind, and professional people! Dr. Philippou has been taking care of my eyes for over 5 years, and I absolutely know I'm receiving the best care. He takes his time to explain everything and always puts me at ease. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Not to mention, you will never feel rushed. His staff is just as wonderful and helps greatly with insurance and eyeglasses. My glasses have been perfect for my eyesight! I had difficulty wearing bifocals and progressive lens previously, but the staff explained about another type of lens that could be used for my prescription, and I never had any problems since. I highly recommend Dr. Philippou for your eye care. He is the best!!

Dr. Philippou is just a cool and nice guy! He was thorough in his exam, transparent about information, and patiently answered all my questions (as well as his staff). It was a nice, clean facility too. As a new patient, I definitely plan to go back to him in the future.

Dr. Philippou is a great doctor. He was my eye doctor 10 years ago before I got LASIK done. I came back to him 10 years later because that's how awesome he is. It pains me to leave a 2 star here because as a doctor he is great. And I've never given a business a 2 star before. But I'm rating the clinic as a business that does not have good customer service. One new staff member was really helpful and gave great customer service. The other one who has been there for awhile was very rude and complained that she had to clean up all the glasses that I tried on. This is the first time I've been in there since the pandemic so I didn't know their policy. She talked to me as if she was reprimanding a kid that I had to take the glasses and try them on in the bathroom so I can take my mask off. When I asked about my progressive prescription to the nice staff member, the rude one kept interrupting. I've never experienced that type of poor and rude service in my entire life. I talked to Dr. Philippou about it and he just seemed like he didn't want to do anything about it. It just seems like this place doesn't know the value of keeping customers. FOLLOWING THE CDC RULES HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO ANY CUSTOMER.

My wife, Christine and I have been going to Dr. Phillippou, at Clarendon Eye Associates, for many years now. He came highly recommended by neighbor. We have been extremely pleased at the professionalism, cleanliness, and how comfortable the entire staff make us feel. Several times over the years they have gone out of their way to help with insurance issues, rebates, and glasses adjustments. We also recommend this office to anyone looking for a great eye Dr.!

I've been seeing Dr. Philippou for years, and my three kids have been going since kindergarten. Excellent doctor. He provides truly personalized care, and best of all he is just a super friendly, cool guy.
